Chiyoda Ward is the core of legislative issues in Tokyo and, likewise, Japan in general. A huge piece of Chiyoda Ward is devoted to government workplaces, structures, and the Imperial Palace. It positions as the most un-populated ward since it is basically involved by the Imperial Palace grounds and the public authority areas of Nagatacho and Kasumigaseki.
